Curto Building Company was founded by Peter Curto Jr. in 1996. He is the son of master builders, Peter Curto Sr. and Toni Curto who established the family tradition in 1971. “Growing up watching my parents build and sell homes was pretty exciting. I spent years with my dad on construction sites riding bulldozers, banging nails, and thumbs alongside carpenters. I sat at many closing tables with my Mom. I recall my Dad putting customers at ease and finessing every request." They always said, “Building and selling homes is in our genes”.

The values that drives their success, drives mine. Care for clients as if they were family, work tirelessly on their behalf, and deliver more than you promise are ideals past down from them. 46 years later my daughter is having a similar childhood. She exclaims, “My dad is always talking to people about their homes”. She is quite a talker herself. It must be in her genes!
